Ok, maybe not
that extreme. But Kachina did get a haircut. Donna did most of the snipping, because I can't be trusted with scissors. Kachina, of course, was patient and perfect for the whole ordeal.
First we worked on her badly chopped tail and made it look a little more natural and a little less like a "power bob."

Then we cleaned up her uneven mane. Some bits were really long, some really short, one patch is missing altogether. Now it looks a little neater and cared for (couldn't do anything about that missing bit, though)!

The result?

A cleaner, neater looking (but weirded out) Kachina!
